redhat-config-packages can't find cdrom

I am trying to add the X Windows packages in RedHat AS3 using the redhat-config-packages. It keeps prompting me for the CD but it never finds it. Any ideas how to resolve this problem?

I have the latest rpm.

Manually mount the cdrom before running redhat-config-packages or when prompt you for the CD. I don't remember if AS3 uses /mnt/cdrom or /media/cdrom.

Shalom Jeff,

From the gui thers is a disk manager tool under system tools that should let you mount the cdrom.

There may be mount instructions in /etc/fstab that will let you run a manual mount as well.

It is of course possible that the media itself has gone bad, but you can check this in another system.

This works:
up2date "@X Window System"

I believe there is an issue with the fact that I have RedHat AS3 update 4 installed.
