Serial console for HP DL380 G8 with SuSE Linux

Hi,

 

I have above server running on SuSE 11 SP2 and require to setup following

 

1. Normal serial console over the onboard console port

2. Virtual Serial Port over ILO

 

I would like to get the boot/BIOS configuration through both the consoles remotely

 

How can this be achieved
