Can´t install Window Server 2012 R2

I try to install with several medias, DVD, USB with windows server 2012 R2,Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 ROK , select the partition destination, format it, and later begin to copy windows files to the server and in the 100% says

Can´t continue because your media have corrupt files.

The server and the disks drives are green, and have fw fron 2015 year. Tomorrow try with server 2008 to see what happen. Anybody help me? Thanks a lot
