Configure LPD software as an Alternative to HP Jetadmin
I followed HP's instructions in configuring LPD software as an Alternative to
HP Jetadmin.
I can print a Word document or the test page. However I can't print the email
in Outlook 97 or webpages. There is an error "printer busy - error".
The OS is Win NT 4.0 with SP4.0. I used the printer drivers that NT supplied.
The other print server using Jet Admin does print everything with no problems.
I checked the document a few times and I did everything it said.
Thank you for any comments.

Re: Configure LPD software as an Alternative to HP Jetadmin
Hi Jay,
Two things:
1) Best use updated printer drivers since NT4 is already a couple of years old
2) The "printer error" message could also be a timeout response of NT which
could be caused by a wrong paper size setting within outlook. Check the printer
itself for a possible user attention signal (like select paper size)
