Help me about duplicate issue RDS CAL per Devices

i had 190 thinclients which is HP T5740 and one Server DL380 G6 managed the Remote licensing Serives of Server 2008 R2 64 bit (buyed 400 RDS CAL per Device license). But every week, i recieve the messaging from Server is no more licensing to thinclient using the TS services on Server. On the Remote licensing roles, i see more duplicate issue RDS CAL per Devices on thinclient name. Can you help me to resolve this problem? maybe the LockDisk (same deepfreeze) on T5740 remove the certificate which is register on thinclient ?
