Hi Thainv,,

There is no clear infromation about Bl460c Generation, 

Please find the below HPE OS matrix for different model of the server supported

http://h17007.www1.hpe.com/us/en/enterprise/servers/supportmatrix/windows.aspx#.W_VJGTgzZEY

There is no such HPE OS repository available for download.
