How Hyper-V guests on Bl460c G6 access SAN Tape library?

Hello,

We have several HP Bl460c Servers running Microsoft Hyper-V and hosting Windows 2008 clients. Each BL460c server stores the VM Guests files on HP EVA 4000 accessed through SAN (no iSCSI).

An HP MSL 6030 Tape Library is connected to the same SAN as the Blades and the EVA.

How can the virtual machines access the tape library and view the tape in the device manager?

Please indicate what kind of connection exists between the SAN and MSL6030 (there are 23 MSL6030 variants). Also, please give us some detail about your goal(s). The simple answer is NO, the vm won't be able to 'see' the tape library but if you tell us more, there may be a solution in which VM access to the MSL6030 won't be needed.
