how to shutdown win98/win2k/win2k3 from command line ?

Hello Dear Experts

OS: win98, win2k, win2k3.

how to shutdown/restart the system from cli ? i.e. is there any command to shutdown/restart the system. ?

Any Help will be highl appreciated.
