hp proliant dl380 g7 Server drivers?

Any idea where I can pick up spme drivers for server 2019.

I was hoping to use this server as a sandbox for tests etc but I can't get drivers. MS has found some but the CPU is showing as a speed of 0.18% and won't go over 0%. I'm thinking driver issues.

Any thoughts or anything to try?

HPE DL380 G7 server is not supported windows server 2019 

For mode details, please go through the HPE OS matrix compatibility
