The Windows 2000 drivers for the DeskJet 690C are provided by the operating
sytem and were co-developed by HP and Microsoft. The link below will give you
detailed instructions on how to install the drivers you need.

You can find drivers for other printer models by going to the HP home page,
http://www.hp.com, and click on the Drivers icon. Select your product from the
pull-down menus and follow the link for Drivers.
