New print server on Windows 2008 64 bit and drivers issue
Hello,
I successfully installed a new print server with Windows 2008 64 bit os.
I installed successfully the drivers for my HP printers HP Universal Printing Driver PCL 6 and assigned to all of my shared printers.
I have HP LaserJet 3800 printer with HP Universal Printing Driver PCL 6 assigned to it, When the users connect to the print server either with their Windows XP 32 bit OS or Windows Vista/7 64 bit OS they successfully install the printer.
The problem: when they send a print job to the printer a red light appear and the message they are getting is:"Manually feed recycled latter"
When they hit the enter it prints their job but at the end they are getting:"PCL XL error Warning: IllegalMediaSource"
Any ideas how to fix the problem?
