SolutionIt should work assuming that the system did not overwrite the space previously occupied by the now deleted files.

undelete installation asks for a restart.Is it ok?
I had another software to recover.But during the recover time it wanted to buy that software.

I'm not sure, but they might have a freeware version. I think they do have a 30-day trialware version. Haven't checked lately.

undelete installation? I hope, it is not so big or you installed it on another drive otherwise you may overwrite the to be recovered files with the undelete software. :-(
BTW, you forgot to mention, what os you are running. In win9x it would be best to boot from floppy.
