Selling of HPE Windows 2022 server licence

Greetings,

I have received three Windows Server 2022 Standard ROK Hewlett Packard Enterprise licences. I would like to sell them but have no idea where and how to sell them as a consumer. Is there anyone here who could help me out?

If these licenses were part of a bulk hardware purchase or leftover from a project, and you’re not using them, reselling them sounds reasonable—but legally and practically, there are constraints. However, if they are still sealed, unactivated, and accompanied by original COAs, you may legally resell them in certain jurisdictions (e.g., under EU law, resale of unused software licenses is allowed). In other regions, it’s murkier—always best to check local laws or consult a licensing professional.

Thanks for reply. I'm aware that I can sell these licences in EU only. These licences are unactivated and they were sealed to their original box. What I'm trying to find out is where I could actually sell these licences for I find it hard to find a suitable site.
