Still under warranty HP computer
Nothing but grief!
Bought less than one year ago. Still under warranty. Contacted HP support online in June, but no response. Recently contacted support again with the same issues. No response again! This computer is VERY SLOW - when it runs - which isn't often!
Updated this week to Windows 11, thinking it 'might' correct the speed of system, search issues, freeze ups, etc. For example, today it took me 4 minutes for the search icon to open up! Then, it displayed "Microsoft Edge is not responding". So far, I have been trying to use this new computer for over 90 minutes just to get anything to open and run, but NO luck! I need a Hewlett Packard trouble shooter to call me ASAP -- but window again popped up saying HP support is not responding... Apparently, I have no where to get help to make this machine run properly. Any suggestions???

You have reached the wrong company for HP products (Laptops, Desktops, Printers)
For HP products, you may have to register and post in the HP Support Forums: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/
