Want to split two scopes across two DCs
Hello,
I recently introduced a new Windows 2008 R2 domain controller into my environment. I have one other domain controller, which is running Windows 2003 R2. I want to split the two scopes that reside on the 2003 R2 box between 2008 R2 & 2003 R2. The first scope is our LAN. The second scope is our wireless VLAN. I know that using reservations will accomplish this, but for two scopes? Also, is there a DHCP calculator that will tell you were to stop your split and send the balance of the pool to the second DHCP server?
Please advise a solution. Thanks.
If I am in the wrong forums category, please let me know.
Regards,
Josh Dunbar
