aggiornamento licenze openvms Hobbyist

Buonasera,
un messaggio per John Egolf.
sono diversi giorni che invio postal a "Egolf, John <Private Info Erased>",
da "Private Info Erased" con esito negativo,
per gli aggiornamenti delle licenze scadute(7 Marzo 2017 -
File: Hobbyist-USE-SOLO-VA.txt).
ho inviato anche messaggi a "http://plato.ccsscorp.com/hobbyist_registration.php"
per la nuova registrazione, ho riceuto da "no-reply@hp.com" soltanto "Thank you for contacting HP"  e niente altro.
Sarei felice di avere gli aggiornamenti

place to ask a question about VMS.

   I submitted my request there at about 2017-03-18:05:00 (UTC), and got
an automatic "Thank you for contacting HP" e-mail message soon
thereafter.  You can't help but love an auto-acknowledgement message
which says:

      If you do not receive an auto-acknowledgement after 1 hour, please
      re-submit your inquiry and verify that you've entered the correct
      e-mail address.

(Duh.)

   I had hoped to get an actual PAK kit on Monday, but I was
disappointed.  Perhaps Tuesday.  (Perhaps not.)

   After too many PAK expirations over too many years, last year I
finally started running a daily license-check script, so this year I got
30 days' notice, and I still have until 16-APR-2017 before my systems
quit working.  The suspense is palpable.

   I got mine this morning.

Yesterday afternoon I received the update
licensing.
