						I have a VMS 7.3-2 system that was running HP TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS Alpha Version V5.4 - ECO 5. I just got it up to date on all the latest ECOs including TCP/IP V5.4 ECO 7.
Now when I run Hunter Goatley's FTP client I immediately get an error on connection to all sites I have tried, including my VMS systems and ftp.process.com.
$ FTP LOCALHOST
HGFTP client V3.1-2
%FTP-I-ATTEMPTING, Attempting to connect to host localhost, port 21
%FTP-E-DATA_ERROR, Error in data connection
-SYSTEM-F-IVTIME, invalid time
$ SHOW LOGICAL/SYSTEM SYS$TIME*
(LNM$SYSTEM_TABLE)
"SYS$TIMEZONE_DAYLIGHT_SAVING" = "0"
"SYS$TIMEZONE_DIFFERENTIAL" = "0"
"SYS$TIMEZONE_NAME" = "GMT"
"SYS$TIMEZONE_RULE" = "GMT0"
Can anyone help?

						Thanks I didn't read that thread since the title indicated it delt with ECOs for VMS 8.2 and 8.3.
I will remove DEC-AXPVMS-VMS732_SYS-V1500 and reboot. Glad it wasn't in the TCP/IP ECO.
