June consolidated patches for OpenVMS 8.3 IA64??

Am I missing something, or haa the June consolidated patch kit for OpenVMS on Itanium not yet been posted?

The OpenVMS I64 UPDATE patch / ECO kit and most (all?) other updates circa June have been cancelled.

The next update is September.

In no small part, this is probably due to the relocation(s) of the OpenVMS engineering group itself.
