List of supported printers in DCPS?

Can someone direct me to a list of printers supported by DCPS. We have a Xerxo 3500 Phaser we are having problems setting up. I know the 4500 is supported but was curious if the 3500 was actually supported or not.

No, I don't see the Xerox Phaser 3500 listed as a supported printer in the SPD. It might have worked.

did you try using DCPS with the LPD protocol (all XEROX phasers should print via LPD)?

LPD is our next step. I found in the documentation that you need to do LPD for Xerox printers. If you try using RAWTCP, the print queue could hang after printing.

DCPS v2.6 requires lpd for all Xerox Phasers that are supported by DCPS. You might try experimenting with different values for the DCPS$queuename_PRODUCT _NAME logical name and see what you get.

I was also going to suggest that if you find that one of the Phaser 4500 N, X or DP model setup modules works OK or even provides partial functionality, log an official support call and report your findings. DCPS engineering generally is more than willing to tweak their setup modules to add support for a new variant of an existing supported printer.

I also forgot to mention that there is an ECO in the works for DCPS v2.6 that fixes some issues we found with the Phaser 4500 and the Xerox Work Centre Pro copier/printers.
