I did an upgrade from DECSET127 to DECSET128. Since that, the kit build aborts with ...
$ MMS/DESCRIP=BVIN_MMS:sys_bvin_build/LOG/VER/IGNORE=FATAL/CMS/MACRO=(TEST=,CDD_
BRIEF=,KIT_CLASS=BVIN095,"CMSFLAGS=/OCCL=NONE",DBG=,CLEANUP=YES) KIT
%MMS-I-DRVOUTFIL, Using output file SYS$OUTPUT:.;

Is there a quota problem or a mms bug ?
Any hint appreciated

						I'm not familiar with that specific error.
I notice you are using the /LOG qualifer - have you provided us with the entire output from the command? If so, I would be suspicious of quotas, did you verify your quotas against those recommended by the documentation?
If this stack overflow is actually occuring somewhere in the processing, I'd make use of the /LOG and /LIST qualifiers to try to narrow down where the problem is occuring.
