NETDLLERR - DECnet Datalink Layer detected a fatal error

One of our servers AlphaServer ES45 Model 2 with OpenVMS 7.3-2 just crash with this error. No HW changes or patching before. Any suggestion?

The true is that last system update is VMS732_UPDATE V9.0

I put to the attachment System Dump Analysis.

Looks like this is the fix:

5.2.14 Transmit Ring Inconsistency NETDLLERR Bugcheck Crash, Broadcom Gigabit Devices

Apply VMS732_LAN-V500.
