OpenVMS CIFS download -- all links dead?

I'm looking for the download locations for CIFS on OpenVMS (latest version and patched), found a location on HPE site but all links to the pacakges (*.zipexe) refer either to FTP and /or the old HP.COM site.

What is the current location where these packages are downloadab le?

  This seems to work for me:

https://h41379.www4.hpe.com/network/cifs_download.html

That page points to the actual locations. The main kits seems to still be at:

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/openvms/private/CIFS/

With the patches for, what I believe is, the latest version - V1.2-010-PS2_14  20-AUG-2015 10:45 - at:

http://h71000.www7.hp.com//openvms/download/CIFS_V12_ECO1_PS2_14-ALPHA.ZIPEXE

or

http://h71000.www7.hp.com//openvms/download/CIFS_V12_ECO1_PS2_14-IA64.ZIPEXE
