OpenVMS cluster member boot failure

Just after to have added the second member of a VMS cluster I unsuccessfully tried to boot for the first time this new member. The system disk is a common system disk on a RA8000 multibus failover config. & shared scsi bus designed.

The failure consist of a failed bootstrap. Message: "FAiled to send read to dkb101.... , Failed to read...., failed bootstrap"

boot cmd: b dkb101 -fl 1,0

The root ot this member is SYS1. The system allocation class specified is the same for both members.

Any idea?
