OpenVMS monitoring

I have OVO 8.x. I wish to monitor the following,

1. OpenVMS 7.x and 8.x versions
2. ACMS details
3. Oracle RDB 7.x (runs on OpenVMS platform)

Give me some link on this

In order to monitor Acms, I do not know of a specific product. But some basic dcl can do it, using various
$ acms/sh ...
commands.
