CallStaticBooleanMethod - jdk1.4.1 in TRU64 5.1

We are running jdk1.4.1 in TRU64 5.1 with classic/libjvm.so linked. We are facing a problem while calling CallStaticBooleanMethod using JNI in one of my C function. Segmentation fault is occuring due to this. Are there any known issues related to this.
