how to change the ulimit value for data filed for oracle user in tru64?

You should ask this in the Tru64 forum, not here in hp-ux.

Do you need additional information?
If so, what are your kernel value for:
per_proc_data_size
and
max_per_proc_data_size
in proc section?

put ulimit 022 in login script,of root.
