Current lan speed alpha ES40

I have network problems on a ES40
Before I change some setting I would like to know my current lan settings=;
How can I obtain this information?

check out the manpage of 'lan_config' to change the configuration.
You can use 'hwmgr' and/or 'ifconfig' to know the current configuration.

I have very basic skill on Tru64, I am HPUX specialist. We have an very slow lan connection between the hpux and the alpha, now I am trying to check my lan configuration on the alpha server.

My problem is solved my changing my switch settings to 100 MB Full duplex fixed
