Re: equivalent of top in HPUX

It is not intuitively obvious to me how to download that down, but it is certainly going to be for free. Ignore that 'Buy online or call 800 xxxxx'. Poke some more at
http: //h30097.www3.hp.com/try.html
and
http://h30097.www3.hp.com/demos/ossc/

You'll figure it out...

Hein.

Re: equivalent of top in HPUX

Hi mB,

According to the FAQ (http://h30097.www3.hp.com/demos/ossc/doc/top-3.5beta5/FAQ) it can be downloaded from ftp.groupsys.com

The latest version of top is now available at the site "ftp.groupsys.com" in

Re: equivalent of top in HPUX

The pointer in the www.tru64.org site points to ftp.groupsys.com/pub/top/top-3.5beta9.tar.gz

Actually, top-3.5beta11.tar.gz is available and it compiles/installs correctly on V5.

Don't try to install top-3.4 because it will compile with warnings and the resulting executable generates a core.

Re: equivalent of top in HPUX

Joris,

that is true, but it points directly to the tar image.
