CPU4 may causing this problem. disable the cpu4 and restart the machine

The analize description is;
Completion pending timeout error is set in the QSA_TMO_ERR_SUM register and the latched failing processor number = 0 to 3 This bit is set if a processor fails to receive a commit message for any of its outstanding commands within the timeout period. This error causes a fault condition. See section 11.6.7 Forward progress errors in the Wildfire Core Specifications for more information. ( I can not find this information)
