GS80 Crash with SoftQBB0 error?

I have a GS80 that crashed with a CPU4 completion pending timeout of softQBB0 (hardqbb0) error.

running Tru64 ver5.1 rev 732

any clues on this crash?

CPU4 may causing this problem. disable the cpu4 and restart the machine

or simple call the HP support center, funny to analyze a hardware problem on the fly without having a view into binary.errlog.

HP wont help since this system is not under a maint. contract.

The analize description is;
Completion pending timeout error is set in the QSA_TMO_ERR_SUM register and the latched failing processor number = 0 to 3 This bit is set if a processor fails to receive a commit message for any of its outstanding commands within the timeout period. This error causes a fault condition. See section 11.6.7 Forward progress errors in the Wildfire Core Specifications for more information. ( I can not find this information)
