IPC Failure

Here is more info about it.

1. The box was not rebooted after the installation of the product.

2. /collectdata/scripts/collect_util_start was wat was run.

3. Shown below is the message I get:
(I believe it's because of the the tasks that we put in the crontab file and could we not to have it output to the console as the operator will be confused when it rolls out to production?)

I ran the Collect Utilities for Tru64-UNIX and I got this error:

ERROR: IPC failure: Configuration daemon is not accessible

Anyone know what this means? and is it an expected error?

P.S. Its a Tru-64 v5.1 with patch 6.
