man page error

i am getting "no reference page found for xyx" error which executing man.

ver:Tru64 UNIX V5.1B (Rev. 2650)

You may need to set PAGER or MANPAGER environment variable. what man page you are getting that error?

Are you getting this error when executiong like,

# man man like that?

Or specifically to some man page like,

# man
No reference page found for problem-manpage
