Multimedia Services V3.4 Development Guide

Hi,

I have some problems getting that Multimedia Services V3.4 Development Documentation into my hands.

I know it's on a CD which comes with Tru64 but
I can't open it with ghostview. Windows PS software gives it up too. So maybe someone owns
that document errorless or as ascii? Or URL?
I'm about to code some plugins and drivers (MME) for OSS audio software on alpha/Tru64
systems.
