Can you post the results of sizer -v please? I want to be sure of your os version. By now, the patches are located here:

Abdul,
The lastest patch kit for Tru64 UNIX 5.1 is PK6 and it's in http://ftp.support.compaq.com.au/pub/patches/dunix/v5.1/t64v51b20as0006-20030210.tar
May be you have to think upgrade to 5.1B because 5.1 isn't supported.
