RAM for DS20E, max and low cost

What is the MAX memory one can put in
a DS20E and does anyone know of a low
cost supplier ?

I will be given a DS20E for my own, and
hopefully can get a bit more the 2GB in
it.

Looks as if the supported max is 4GB.

There are various reputable dealers. I lean
toward Ebay, where, occasionally, an
incredible bargain may be found.
