rcp problem

HEllo Gurus
I have one small strange problem,whenever I am doing rcp from one system to another sometime a error occurs "Address Already in use"
and nothing happens can anyone please tell me in what all cases this can happen!!! and any solution.

What are the systems? "sizer -v"?
