scfromITOMSI not running

Hi All,

In my OVO integration with SM, it is connected and all log and everything is perfect.
only problem is that the scfromITOMSI which is required for unidirectional ticket creation stops everytime.
it says stop on signal 6.core dump
pllllllease help
