sendmail: reject

I have cluster tru64 5.1A, 2 GS160, NODE1 and NODE2. In NODE1 "ps -fea | grep sendmail" show:
sendmail: accept -bd -q15m -om 2
and NODE2 show :
sendmail: reject -bd -q15m -om 2

NODE2 can't send mail

In cluster NODE1 and NODE2 use the same /var/adm/sendmail/sendmail.cf ?

Hi,

both nodes use the same sendmail.cf
however if one node is too busy he does not accept sends. If the cpu load average then it queues only or even rejects messages.
