After upgrade OVC to 5.0 and ESX hosts upgraded to Vmware 8 Hosts randomly disconnects
We have several VMware hosts in a Simplivity cluster. After upgrading to VMware 8, we have encountered an issue across multiple sites where the VMware hosts randomly enter a "not responding" state, followed by a "disconnected" state.
We have already increased the VPX timeout, but the issue persists. It appears to be related to the certificates provided by the vCenter, but we have been unable to pinpoint the exact cause.
Anyone got another tip or fix? Thanks!

Re: After upgrade OVC to 5.0 and ESX hosts upgraded to Vmware 8 Hosts randomly disconnects
Hi @VercauterenT ,
It is rectified by VMware in 8.0 U2a. Refer this article and this document.

When the vCenter reports not responding"
Can you confirm the host IP or FQDN is accessible ?
If its accessible then we need to check the vCenter vpxd log to isolate the issue. Please log a ticket with support to perform deep dive analysis of the logs.
