Lightscribe DVD840i

Hello All,

We've recently purchased a Lightscribe DVD840i DVD-RW the writing side of things work fine but certain DVD's don't play in the drive when others will.

I can't seem to locate any firmware for the drive on the HP site or any information on this problem? has anyone else experienced it?
