Required Patches for STK 9840 tape drives

I have the folowing configuration :
- HP-UX 11.0 /N4000 model
- STK9840 SCSI drives
- F/W Diff SCSI Adapter

Are there any required patches for the STK 9840 drives ?

I assume you're aware the STK9840 is a Storagetek product. I checked their website and there is an NT driver download available there at:

http://www.storagetek.com/products/tape/9840/

but any other support information requires a service contract.

Was this product purchased through HP?
