Adding uplink module in ARUBA 2930M

I have a dual stack ARUBA  2930M-40G-8SR-PoE+ in production ( version 16.10.0005 ).

I want to add an optional uplink module JL083A on easch member of the stack.

Is it hot plugable or do I need to power down the switch to insert the module ?
