Aruba CX 6000 ip helper-address missing

Switch R8N89-60001 revision 11

Can't find the command ip helper-address X.X.X.X

Tried everywhere, interface 1/1/1 and interface vlan?

Beginning to think it can't DHCP relay which would be very odd.
