Good morning ,
I am a network administrator I have an Aruba Virtual Controller with AP 303 I want to update its firmware to 8.12.0.2 or any other new version since it's currently running 8.6 version I have created an account with my enterprise email and logged into the HPE Networking Support Portal to download the firmware, but whenever I try to download the firmware or any other software it gives me the following error
"HttpErrorResponse
There was an issue initiating your download (failed to get link). Please try again or contact support if retrying does not work"
and If I try to re-login to my account it gives me the following error: Sorry your login cannot be proceed at this time"
I have tried another email and created another accont , I have checked my internet connections and it was working just fine, I have tried different browsers and I even tried it from PC and mobile phone ,but it is always the same issue.
Is there any way to get this firmware from another location rather than HPE Networking Support Portal since I really need it so badly
