Aruba Firmware Updates
Hello,
We have several legacy Aruba POE switches that need firmware updates. One of the devices, an Aruba JL256A 2930F, is currently running firmware version 16.10.0011 and is available to be updated to KB.16.11.0021.swi.
Could you advise on whether this upgrade can be performed directly, or if there are firmware versions that need to be installed first? If it is the former, please can you confirm where I can locate this information? We have quite a few different models to complete. I attempted the update but encountered the error message "invalid input KB._16._11_0021.swi."
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Matthew
