Aruba LIC-PEF Controller Policy Enforcement Firewall Per AP License E-LTU

i have question about this LIC, does this LIC have Web Filtering function or not,

if i want to turn on web filerting function do i need a LIC about web filtering to turn that function on or i dont need it?

please kindly help me with this
