cannot issue Bpia partner certificate

Hello,

from today we are facing issue that we are not able proceed trough issuing bpia partner certificate from page HPE Business Partner User Certificate 

After putting all credentials in form and sending it we agree with all pop up window and when we confirm the last one about creating a new RSA signature key we get  message that digital id is being issued...but after a minut there is error Gateway time out: the gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.

Hello, I am Service Fulfillment Manager for HPE Partner Hemmersbach. The engineers can not log into some HPE systems, as they don't have BPIA Certificate. How can I fix this and where can I renew those certificates? Thank you!
