Continuously blocking the port
We possess an HP 2530-24 switch. Last night, we updated to the latest firmware. Currently, we are encountering a specific issue. We have one MTR device connected to the meeting, which is linked to interface 1 on the switch. Today, we are experiencing multiple disconnection issues during the meeting. We have verified with our ISP and confirmed that there is no issue on their end. Upon reviewing the logs in the switch, we noticed that every two minutes, there are logs indicating a blockage by STP for interface 1. Could the new firmware be affecting this? We would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you in advance.
