copy test from test plan to test lab

I need to copy all tests to test lab from test Plan, I need to manually create folders and test sets before I can drag and drop tests to there. To me this process is kind of painful. Is there any easier way to do this? I believe this is a common request from the other users. I just cannot find any clues from Googles. Any thoughts?

if there is a possibility please let me know the steps for me to act upon as i am totally new to HP ALM
