DOESNT TURN ON

My HP PRO X2 210 wont turn on, its been happening alot and it's not even been a year or using it. i dont over charge it however frequently it just doesnt switch on and low battery is not the issue here. please can someone help as i use this daily for uni and i need it sorting asap.

i only use it a few hours during the day if that.
