help jumping cursor

My HP DEsktop computer at my business I own and my HP desktop computer at my school where I work both have Windows 10. For the last week or so my computer screens have been moving up and down and jumping from one screen to another without me doing it. My cursor starts jumping all over the screen and white circles appear on the screen and now a black square. It is so very annoying! How do I make it stop??
